Job Summary: The Legal Contract Specialist at Deaconess Health System is a Paralegal-level position and is responsible for the timely and accurate creation, review, and maintenance of contracts, amendments, and addendums for physicians, advanced practice providers (APPs) and other types of contracts. This position works closely with the In-House Counsel, Compensation Pension Committee, and several other departments, to manage the physician contracting process and support the legal department’s operational needs. The Legal Contract Specialist (Paralegal) will also play a key role in maintaining the hospital's contract management system, preparing reports, and assisting with general legal and compliance duties.
