Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. - Remove old pattern from the loom (warp beam, drop wires, harnesses, and reed). - Take the empty beam to the warping area, and the drop wires, harnesses, and reed to the draw-in area. - Ensure that the loom has been thoroughly cleaned. - Retrieve a new pattern from the draw-in room and place it in the loom. - Set the rapier guide plates and rapier stroke to Dornier specifications. - Make adjustment to air setting on air jet weaving machines to compensate for different yarn types to produce quality fabric at optimal efficiency. - Check the product specification sheet for the new style to determine what type weave pattern and construction specifications and set the loom accordingly. - Check and set the harness timing and settings, as well as other settings related to the style change as necessary. - Perform other duties assigned by management. - Follow all safety rules to ensure the safety of yourself and those around you.
