Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager in Frederick, MD to support our client who is establishing its Project Management Office (PMO). The IT Project Manager supports the PMO formation, implements project governance, and guides the design and management of project management tools. This role will also oversee IT-related projects and ensure PMO systems and processes operate effectively and consistently. You will play a key role in standardizing project practices, enhancing visibility across programs, and supporting leadership as the client builds a mature and scalable PMO environment. Location: This is a full-time hybrid role. In office presence at least one day of the week is required during the core days of Tuesday to Thursday.
