Job description

Who We Are: STC is a joint venture between Aecon and FCC Canada Ltd. that was selected by Metrolinx to deliver the Scarborough Subway Extension – Stations, Rails and Systems (SSE-SRS) package. The Scarborough Subway Extension will bring the TTC’s Line 2 subway service nearly eight kilometers farther into Scarborough. It will extend from Kennedy Station to Sheppard Avenue and McCowan Road, providing quick and seamless transit for those heading into and out of the downtown core and those travelling within Scarborough. The extension will replace Line 3 (the Scarborough RT), helping to reduce travel times and improve access to jobs, schools, and other key destinations throughout the city. As part of this project, we are currently looking for a PLAA Coordinator to join our team. What You Will Do: - Apply for various permits to City, MTO, TPUCC as needed for construction and follow up in a timely manner with the reviewer to ensure permit app is under review and immediately advise of any comments. - Coordinate the use of the tracking system – Intelex, Smartsheet that tracks the progress of PLAAs throughout the project. - Managing and maintaining a permit register to give the project team...
