Job description
Responsibilities: - Associates degree in electro-mechanical/electronics/electricity - MINIMUM 1-3 years or more in a manufacturing injection molding maintenance role. - Knowledge of OSHA regulation. - Basic Knowledge of AC/DC electricity 24v – 480v - Extensive troubleshooting skills for electrical, hydraulics, robotics, etc. - Troubleshoot and repair breakdowns, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical problems on all equipment in a timely manner. - Replace motors, pumps, cylinders, some of which weigh more than 40lbs. - Maintain all machine safety guarding. - Must maintain a clean and organized maintenance area. Clean up after all completed tasks. - Self-Starter and ability to work alone. - Team player, work well with others. - Performs daily, weekly, and monthly tasks on IMM’s, robots, and auxiliary equipment as assigned by schedules or instructions. - Accurately records information on all required logs, forms, schedules, and/or the MP2 system. - Will report directly to the Maintenance Manager.
