What you'll do: - Own performance and strategic development of external logistics partners (last-mile carriers and 3PLs) - Act as main interface between Emma and logistics vendors, from ops teams to senior management - Define and manage SLAs, KPIs, and structured performance improvement plans - Monitor network KPIs such as OTIF, lead times, claim rates, co...
