Position Overview Follett Higher Education is a leading educational service provider and omnichannel retailer, providing students, faculty, staff, parents, and fans with the course materials, learning tools, and retail services needed to successfully support the collegiate journey. Follett Higher Education supports over 6 million students through its 1,100 physical and 1,750 eCommerce campus stores across North America. Responsibilities: - Enter purchase orders; monitor fulfillment and shipping statuses. - Assist with vendor and product onboarding. - Work with vendor partners to obtain product images, assets, and marketing samples. - Audit website and ordering systems to ensure products are displayed as intended. - Support expansion as needed. - Other duties as assigned to drive business strategies. Qualifications: - Associate's degree related field or equivalent. - 1+ years of retail experience, within a specialty retail environment, in addition to possessing basic merchandising experience. - Proven track record of getting things done in a fast-paced environment. - Solid interpersonal, influencing, communication, and organizational skills. - General computer skills, especially in...
