About the role: We are seeking reliable team members to assemble a range of furniture products to a high standard, while following production schedules and workplace safety procedures. These positions are based at our Manufacturing Headquarters in Yandina on the Sunshine Coast. Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:06pm with some departments operating on Fridays from 5:00am – 12:46pm This is short-term casual work. Duties and responsibilities: - Use hand tools to assemble parts. - Conduct quality control checks. - Clean and maintain work area and equipment. - Verify specifications by measuring components. - Follow workflows and tasks to meet production targets and deadlines. - Read and decipher assembly instructions. - Finished products to meet quality specifications and customer requirements. - Perform in line with quality assurance standards, WH&S regulations and company policies Required skills: Note - due to changing business needs, you may be required to support other areas of the business. - Experience in furniture assembly or a related field advantageous. - Knowledge of assembly processes, materials, and machinery. - Problem-solving skills. - Ability to work effectively in a t...
