Job Description: As a Product Manager - Platforms , you will be responsible for shaping and delivering the product strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of enterprise integration platforms that underpin Qantas’ digital, operational and customer‑facing experiences. You will balance customer needs, commercial priorities and operational resilience to enable seamless journeys, real‑time decision making and trusted outcomes at scale, strengthening both customer experience and the Qantas brand. Working closely with senior leaders, engineering teams and cross‑functional partners, you will identify opportunities, prioritise initiatives and guide investment decisions across shared platforms with multiple consumers. You will ensure products are delivered effectively across their lifecycle, from discovery through to optimisation, while managing complex trade‑offs that impact time to market, platform sustainability and customer outcomes.
