We are looking for a Project Coordinator! (Preferably Peru-based) Join one of the leading and fastest-growing private interpreting companies in the United States! We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, work-from-home Project Coordinator for our On-site Interpretation Department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Maintain project, contractor, and client databases & files to ensure they are up-to-date. - Responsible for the delivery of quality, timely, and profitable interpreting inquiries and other projects. - Respond to requests from customers, associates, and management in a clear, concise, and timely manner, providing high-quality customer service. - Input new interpreter information into the interpreter database and company systems, creating new profile folders. - Develop lasting relationships with clients and build knowledge based on their operational requirements. - Collaborate with the management team to strategize future opportunities. - Work in partnership with other team members to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality interpreting inquiries. - Exercise a high degree of professionalism and self-motivation using personal initiative to identify and recommen...
