About the role OpenAI is hiring a Deployed PM to help our customers get maximally deployed on our products. This person is the product counterpart to Deployment Engineers: someone who can spot product expansion opportunities inside an account, build trust with technical and executive stakeholders, drive cross-functional execution, and turn blockers into momentum. The role sits at the intersection of product, technical deployment, and customer strategy. In this role, you will: Act as the product lead inside strategic customer accounts, helping customers adopt and expand their use of OpenAI products. Identify opportunities for deeper deployment, new integrations, and broader product usage across teams and workflows. Build trusted relationships with technical stakeholders, engineering leaders, and executives, including representing product vision to C-level audiences. Partner closely with Deployment Engineers and GTM teams to drive successful implementations and long-term account growth.
