Pembina West Co-op is recruiting for a Gas Bar Manager for their Gas Bar- C-Store located in Barrhead, AB . What you’ll do: The Gas Bar Manager will report to the Director of Energy and Food (Mayerthorpe). They will always be a positive role model, providing legendary customer service in alignment with our Mission statement, Values and our “You’re at Home Here” brand. Duties include, but are not limited to the following: - Provide directions to team members and enforce employee productivity targets for the department. - Celebrate successes and acknowledge a job well done. - Leading, rewarding and disciplining all team members in accordance with Pembina West Co-op policies and procedures. - Ensure all legislated training is completed by all employees as required. (TDG, WHIMIS ETC.) - The development of annual work plans for all team members. - Semi Annually Reviewing the progress of each team member; recognize their achievements and guide them through required areas of development. - Assist in Providing leadership in the roll-out and implementation of new and existing programs. - Identifying training needs for the Gas Bar and work with the Human Resources Department to complete an a...
