Duties, Goals and Responsibilities: This position is Monday through Friday 7am to 5pm Enter and update loads, scan and RVI loads Schedule pickup and delivery appointments for freight Provide switchboard coverage: Track freight and proactive communication: Provide coverage for CSR's when out of office Answer, screen, and transfer inbound calls Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Proficient in Microsoft Outlook: Data Entry/Skilled in typing: Ability to multi-task: Punctual: High energy level, results driven: Written and verbal communication skills: Prioritizing, Planning and Organizing: Education and Experience: Office assistant and customer service exp...
