You will oversee the day-to-day operations of My Launch Pad and ensure that we are creating a safe and culturally appropriate environment for children and young people. This is a 12 Month max-term full-time position, where you will lead and manage a team of residential support workers to support these young people in emergency placement and short-term accommodation.
