ROLE OVERVIEW: Equities & FICC: We make markets in and clear client transactions on major stock, options and futures exchanges worldwide. Through our global sales force, we maintain relationships with our clients, receiving orders and distributing investment research, trading ideas, market information and analysis. Systematic Trading Strategies ("STS") sits within the Equities & FICC division. STS / QIS focuses on designing and implementing customized investment solutions for a broad range of financial institutions — including sovereign wealth funds, pensions, insurance firms, and private banks — as well as retail distribution channels. The STS Product Development team specializes in the design and research of systematic indices to solve complex investment challenges in the quantitative investment space across institutional clients and indirect retail distribution channels. The team's toolkit spans equity derivatives — including index and single-name options, variance swaps, and OTC instruments — as well as linear systematic strategies, alternative data, and quantitative modeling techniques.
