Schedule Full Time: 28-40 Hours/Biweekly: Hours: Vary between 10:30am - 7:00pm Every Other Weekend and Holiday, Required Starting Rate: $17.00/hr + pay for experience General Summary: Performs a variety of routine duties related to the preparation and serving of food, along with cleanup tasks, including provides outstanding customer service to patients, staff, and visitors; assembles and delivers patient trays; prepares equipment, foods and beverages and restocks for service in the cafeteria and other retail/café locations; cleans up after meals following established practices and procedures. May operate cash register as needed including receiving payments, balancing the cash drawer after each meal and compiling information for required reports. Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Functions: - Works on central tray line and assists with patient tray set up and preparation. - Sets up and serves patient trays in accordance with established schedule and procedures. - Prepares, loads, transports, and cleans food carts. - Prepares and sets up steam table, serving line and menu board.
