Pay rates: £16.65ph - £17.75ph: The role of the Team Leader is to provide support and guidance to new and existing CareAngels. To be a brand ambassador and ensure that each person feels confident in their role as a Guardian Angel Carer, in addition to your primary role as carer. This is a great stepping stone for anyone wanting to take that next step in their career from carer. You will ensure individuals in your team are feeling valued and you will have an understanding of what motivates them, by having more personal contact with members of your team.
