We are seeking a Counter Sales Associate for our Braintree, MA facility to join our team. This full-time position operates Monday–Friday, 8:00AM–5:00PM at $24-$25/hour. In this role, you will identify customer needs, present and answer questions about products and services, and recommend tailored solutions. A positive attitude and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues will be key to your success. Relocation assistance is not available for this role. Responsibilities: - Sell heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment, parts, and supplies. - Greet customer on sales floor or receive telephone calls and determine make, type, and quality of merchandise desired. Discuss use and features of various parts; demonstrate use of merchandise. - Display merchandise, suggest selections that meet customer's needs, and emphasize selling points of article such as quality and utility.
