Job description

Provide project management, technical support, and oversight for small-to-mid-sized capital projects ($1 MM – $10 MM). This role focuses primarily on natural gas meter stations and small-diameter lateral pipelines. As these projects are often reimbursable, the candidate must excel in transparent cost tracking, client communication, and efficient execution from inception to close-out. Job Responsibilities: - Full Lifecycle Management: Lead projects from initial scope development through construction, commissioning, and final asset integration. - Reimbursable Coordination: Maintain meticulous documentation for cost-plus or reimbursable projects to ensure seamless billing and client audit compliance. - Project Controls: Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets; generate accurate cost estimates and Authorizations for Expenditure. - Technical Specification: Perform sizing and specification for meter runs, valves, filters and piping components. - Procurement & Bidding: Manage the material procurement process and lead the bidding/selection of third-party construction contractors. - Contract Management: Evaluate construction contracts and commercial agreements, ensuring scope cla...
