Location: Campbelltown: Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30am–6:30pm: Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander educators are strongly encouraged to apply. About the Role: As Team Leader, you will: Lead, mentor and support a team of educators Deliver engaging, play-based programs aligned with the EYLF Create warm, inclusive learning environments: Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues Ensure high-quality practice aligned with the National Quality Framework Complete observations, documentation and records to support NQS outcomes Role model Emali’s values in everyday practice About You: You will bring: A Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education Leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership role Strong knowledge of the National Qu...
