CAPSLO Early Childhood Education Division is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine and emergency repairs to ensure the proper and safe operation of CAPSLO facilities. This position is responsible for building, plumbing, and equipment maintenance; janitorial services; and groundskeeping. Actual assigned duties may vary by location and specific worksite needs. Priorities for special projects will be set with the assistance of the Facilities Supervisor and Program Director(s). The Maintenance Technician supports CAPSLO’s mission by performing a variety of facilities-related tasks as needed to ensure safe operations, maintain compliance with applicable regulations, and provide a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for staff, children, and clients. What you bring to the table: - Level I: One year experience in performing carpentry, plumbing, electrical repairs, building maintenance, janitorial, landscape maintenance or any combination of education, training or experience.
