Department: 34100 Central Metro B - Nursing Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Territory covers Sugar Grove, Yorkville, Plano, Bristol, Big Rock and surrounding areas. This is a M-F 8am to 5pm job with weekend and holiday rotations. Every fourth weekend rotation. One winter and one summer holiday. On call rotation 3 to 4 times a month. Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30 REGISTERED NURSE - HOME HEALTH: LOCATION: Sugar Grove, Yorkville, Plano, Bristol, Big Rock and surrounding areas. HOURS: DAYS WITH ROTATION TO WKDS AND 1 SUMMER/WINTER HOLIDAY: This position is eligible for up to a $10,000.00 sign on bonus. You must be working in this same position at time of payout. Current internal team members are not eligible at this time. Licensure: - Nurse/Patient Relationship: Develops and maintains a therapeutic relationship throughout the healthcare continuum. - Demonstrates adaptive communication styles based on individual patient needs - Provides individualized care to promote physical and psychosocial comfort - Assesses patient and family readiness and involves them in planning and implementing care.
