Description: ARServices is seeking a Technical Project Manager to provide Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) to the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), Chemical and Biological Department, Research Operations Division (RD CBC). This position will serve as Lead for the CBC PMO team. The successful candidate will bring expertise in military CWMD requirements to facilitate bi-directional feedback between the Warfighter (user community) and Chemical and Biological Science & Technology developers. This includes planning and executing Operational Analyses events, advising on Strategy development, and assisting leadership in providing consistent communication internally across the divisions and externally across the CBDP enterprise. The Technical Project Manager coordinates with the Technical Divisions in the CB Department (CBM, CBE, and CBP) to maintain Scientist and Warfighter information exchanges, and both internal and external tasker disposition which may also include planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPBE) and Acquisition related functions (e.g. ISS/ASR coordination).
