Senior Expert, Global Marketing Business Operations & PMO Location: Remote / Hybrid – Central European Time Zone (CET). Working Conditions: This is a hybrid or remote role requiring full availability and alignment during Central European Time (CET) business hours to support our global matrix network. Eligible candidates should be based within easy traveling distance of a major European hub (such as Amsterdam) for periodic alignment sessions. Role Summary: We are hiring a Senior Expert, Global Marketing Business Operations & PMO to act as the lead architect of our newly established "Engine Room". This strategic leadership role is dedicated to transforming Randstad's global marketing operations from a traditional "local-first" framework into a scalable, performance-obsessed, and AI-first automated workflow model across 39 international markets.
