SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Quality Assurance Program Manager, perform administrative and office support activities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provide administrative support to management and unit staff. Type error-free QA reports, Corrective Action Plans, Immediate Danger Reports, Sanctions, and correspondence, and file material as needed. Prepare reports, memos, spreadsheets, and documents. Good verbal and written communication skills. - Maintain a variety of ticklers and listings as required.
