Braishfield Associates, a division of Hull & Company, LLC, is a member of Bridge Specialty Group who is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team in Orlando, FL. The Customer Service Specialist will review renewal insurance applications to evaluate, classify, and rate risks for insurance and accept or reject applications. How You Will Contribute: - Set up New and Renewal client records - Bind New and Renewal policies - Issue policies as necessary - Follow up for missing file documentation (loss runs, applications, etc.) - Review applications - Issue, Invoice and Process endorsement, cancellations, reinstatements and non-renewals - Order loss control reports, follow up for compliance of recs - Compliance with Quality Control guidelines. - Daily review checks not applied, take appropriate action and update tracking spreadsheet. - Review A/R aging report. - Review/process notice of cancellation/rescinding notices. - Responsible for taking phone calls regarding cancellation and accounting inquiries. - Communicate with Braishfie...
