We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Islington to assist with the appointment of a Senior Registered Building Inspector , on a 3-month contract , highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay: £398.00 - £538.60 per day Summary: The role is responsible for managing a portfolio of complex building control cases, ensuring compliance with Building Regulations, the Building Act 1984, and relevant legislation. The Senior Registered Building Inspector will carry out plan assessments, site inspections, and provide professional advice to applicants, contractors, and stakeholders while supporting the delivery of a high-quality Building Control service.
