What you'll be doing: As our Compliance Officer (Investment Products) , you'll be the person who ensures our compliance with all applicable regulations, with a primary focus on MiFID II across all investment offerings. Here's what your day-to-day will look like: Compliance Framework – Support the Head of the Compliance department in implementing and maintaining a robust Compliance Monitoring Programme to ensure adherence to all applicable regulations. Perform second-line of-defense controls, highlight weaknesses, and issue recommendations.
