You Have: 5+ years of experience in learning analysis, strategy development, content design and development, content delivery, and learning evaluation 5+ years of experience working as an instructional designer or advisor in a professional environment 5+ years of experience at an operational level HQ, such as Corps, DRU, ASCC, or ACOM, with planning background 5+ years of experience working in an Air Force, Combatant Commands, or Joint environment Experience with building and maintaining client relationships in a team-based government or professional services environment Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite Secret clearance: Bachelor's degree: Nice If You Have: Experience with needs assessment, requirements development and analysis, needs curriculum development, high-level simulations, LMS, LCMS developm...
