Job Summary The Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) plays a vital role in helping Members achieve homeownership by providing personalized guidance and supporting them throughout the mortgage lending process. This role is relationship-driven , requiring strong self-sourcing, community engagement, and the ability to build a sustainable book of business in the San Antonio market . As UFCU expands its footprint beyond Central Texas, this role will support mortgage growth across Houston, including UT Medical Center, Pearland, and future branches opening in 2026. The MLO will nurture relationships with REALTORS®, builders, community organizations, and Members to deliver a world-class, member-focused homebuying experience.
