Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join the UK HR team, partnering closely with the Rural & Projects division (c.800 employees across the UK). This is a broad generalist HR role with a strong emphasis on Employee Relations, offering the opportunity to have a visible and meaningful impact across a diverse, national business. This is an engaging and highly people-facing role that requires strong relationship-building skills and the confidence to influence at all levels. You will work proactively with leaders, managers and employees, providing pragmatic, commercial HR support that enables individuals to thrive and ensures the division is well-positioned for future success.
