Our Facilities Division at WSP is seeking a Civil Engineer to join our team. Our group specializes in high-performing projects with a focus on the future in food and beverage, Federal, and industrial facility design. Our goal is to deliver excellent projects hand-in-hand with a positive experience for our clients and our communities alike. You’ll be asked to help grading and drainage design for new building sites, remodels, and additions as well as provide utility delivery, access road design, permitting, and construction support. We are flexible on location—this role can be based in Boise, ID; Minneapolis, MN; or Madison, WI. Your Impact: - A major component of our design process relies on terrain modeling software. In particular, the use of AutoCAD Civil3D is one of the integrated collaboration tools used in communicating 3-D design to our project teams, owners and construction professionals. - There is a lot of latitude for decision making; we’re not interested in micromanaging. - We expect everyone on the team to assume ownership for the project's goals and success. - When it comes to quality, we don’t joke around.
