SUMMARY: This role is a hands-on, high impact position in outdoor operations and environmental stewardship, focused on maintaining and enhancing the beauty and aesthetics of Tamarack Resort. You’ll play a key part in creating welcoming, well- kept outdoor spaces, maintaining everything from landscaping and grounds acre to seasonal operations like event setup and winter safety. The work is dynamic and varied- combining technical skills, teamwork, and problem solving while operating professional grade equipment and maintaining essential systems. This position offers a chance to work independently and part of a team, develop practical skills, and stay active in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
