District Sales Manager - South Italy

Job description

Role Summary: As a District Sales Manager (m/f/d) , you will be responsible for Centre/South Italy, implementing and monitoring Sales and Marketing policies, defined by Hyundai Motor Company Italy within Dealer Network. You will also monitor Satisfaction Index of Hyundai Customers, ensuring the quality of service to final Customer and verifying Stock length, quality and quantity. We want you to: - Grant the achievement of Sales Objectives within the area of competence: Sell-In (Dealer Stock), Sell-Out (Sales and Registrations volumes) and Market Share. - Manage approved plans and strategies, Company policies and procedures defined by Sales Department, operating according to guidelines communicated. - Manage relationships with the Dealer Network, ensuring a constant registration level monitoring within the area of competence and information flow between Dealers and the Company. - Verify Dealers Stock length, quality and quantity level of the area of competence. - Realize and implement, together with Dealers of area of competence, local Sales and Marketing plans (ATL and BTL), in order to grant the achievement of volumes and market share objectives, set by the Company. - Develop the...
