The Role… At Soho House, as the Head Receptionist , you will lead the front desk team in delivering seamless, welcoming, and high-standard service to all hotel guests and members. Acting as the first point of contact, you will ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience, oversee guest queries, and maintain the day-to-day flow of reception operations. You will be responsible for setting the tone of service excellence, training the team, and ensuring all procedures are carried out in line with the club’s values.
