Job Description Associate Director, US Oncology HCP Campaign Development Lead (CDL) Our Oncology team translates breakthrough science into medicines that extend and improve patients’ lives. We prioritize access, collaboration with payers and governments, and excellence in innovation and launch execution. The Associate Director, HCP Campaign Development Lead (CDL) will lead HCP engagement and experience efforts in partnership with the marketing strategy team. Design, execute, and optimize HCP-focused campaign tactics and digital channels to support product launches and ongoing commercial objectives. This role works cross-functionally with Brand, Commercial, Medical, Legal/Regulatory, Analytics, Agencies, and Operations to deliver compliant, measurable HCP programs that drive education, adoption, access, and channel engagement.
