Your Key Responsibilities: - Supporting the Inbound Preference Management process by processing declarations (requesting documents from suppliers, distributing documents, checking document validity, matching declarations with requests, scanning documents, and preparing them for archiving) - Assisting Outbound Preference Management in issuing long-term supplier declarations and controlling the status of preference changes - Contributing the Commercial Origin process, including preparing IHK declarations for approval, monitoring origin-related master data in SAP-ERP and SAP-GTS, and reporting data - Preparing and participating in operational meetings - Performing other ad hoc Customs administration tasks - Supporting the Corporate Customs Europe team with origin-related analyses and projects Your Qualifications: - Actively pursuing a...
