All Star Smiles Orthodontics is excited to add a Practice Manager to our team. We are seeking a Practice Manager with at least 3 years of managerial experience who will lead a dynamic and high-performing team of 7-10. In this dynamic role you will support the people and culture, as well as operational needs of a fast-paced clinic to ensure optimal practice performance with the overall goal of enhancing the patient’s experience. Qualified candidates will have a passion for coaching and mentoring others, can seamlessly manage business operations and can work through complex situations diligently and collaboratively. We are looking for someone with a fun, positive attitude, and professional demeanor to support our doctor, team, and patients. As our Practice Manager you are a team player, self-motivated, flexible, and always eager to learn. This role will be performed from our Amherst, NH and Bedford, NH practice locations.
