Description: - Review blueprints and work instructions to produce accurate work product that meets quality standards, safety requirements and allotted run times while also meeting efficiency and productivity goals of the department - Generate minimal waste and maintain a clean and organized work area at all times - Other projects and duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor Requirements: EDUCATION - Currently enrolled in high school and progressing toward graduation. EXPERIENCE - Entry-level position – job assignment will be commensurate with the level of demonstrated skills through school and previous positions. SKILLS - Effective communication and listening skills are essential to collect and share work-related information with employees at all levels of the organization. Must be able to interpret and follow written and verbal instructions and utilize measuring instruments. Professionalism and the ability to work well in a team or individual setting is required.
