ABM is hiring a One-Man Plant Engineer who is a fully licensed engineer responsible for the complete operation and maintenance of a building's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Pay: $62.58/ Hourly: The pay listed is the Salary or Hourly range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. Schedule: Monday to Friday 7AM - 3PM Location: Pasadena, CA: Requirement: BOMA Certification: Major Duties & Responsibilities: Operate and maintain all building equipment to ensure operation within design capabilities and to achieve proper environmental conditions as prescribed by building management.
