Other duties may be assigned as necessary. - Maintain and Manage Pre Ortho Program data set - Maintain and monitor Recertification process within Preferred Provider team - Assist with orders follow up - Communicate with patients regarding Pre Ortho Program - Welcome Calls/Follow Up calls to patients active and pending - Assist Sales team with referral hand off - All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
