ROLE OVERVIEW: The Recruitment and Sourcing Specialist, reporting to the Recruitment Team Leader, will support and execute strategic recruitment plans to build talent pipelines for Quantrics. We're looking for someone who can promote roles, screen and assess candidates through Behavioral-based Interviews and testing, and close classes within SLAs for volume hiring. Ideal candidates are passionate about call center hiring and talent selection. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Source and identify top-level talent through a variety of methods for volume hiring - Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, and manage the end-to-end interview process for top-tier talent - Facilitate behavioral-based interviews to ensure candidate alignment with organizational values and role requirements - Prepare and facilitate job offers, organize hiring classes, and finalize onboarding rosters in coordination with stakeholders - Participate in recruitment events such as job fairs, open house campaigns, employee referral drives, and community sourcing activities - Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates, hiring teams, and internal partners to ensure seamless recruitment experie...
