Job Summary The Project Management Supervisor is a high-agency leadership role responsible for the operational excellence of a 10+ project manager’s team. This position is designed for a dynamic, fast-paced, and tech-forward professional with the trajectory to step into the Translation Operations Manager role. This role will not only oversee day-to-day execution but will also be the primary architect of change, including to understand new technologies and workflows to scale department efficiency. Key Responsibilities: High-Scale Leadership & Accountability: - Strategic Supervision: Direct the workload and performance of 10+ project managers. This role is expected to manage systems, processes and project managers’ KPIs, ensuring the team remains high-performing without requiring constant intervention from the Operations Manager. - Performance Engineering: Maintain project managers’ scorecards and conduct rigorous monthly performance reviews.
