We are looking for an experienced and skilled Workers' Compensation Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Work Environment: Primarily office based with occasional travel requirements. This position may involve light physical activity including lifting up to 30 lbs on occasion. - Manage the full scope of workers’ compensation activities and serve as a key point of contact for employees and leadership. - Provide guidance to employees and managers on workers’ compensation, leave regulations, and disability programs and our safety program. - Oversee return-to-work planning, including modified or transitional assignments. - Complete and submit First Reports of Injury in a timely and accurate manner. - Act as a liaison between employees, healthcare providers, and third-party administrators. - Maintain detailed and accurate records within claims management systems. - Conduct ongoing check-ins with employ...
