CGC Inc. is currently recruiting for a Mine Maintenance Mechanic for our gypsum plant, based in Hagersville, Ontario. It's a permanent and full-time position, offering a challenging opportunity for a motivated individual to demonstrate their leadership ability and mechanical expertise in a manufacturing operation within a large corporation. Reporting to the Mine Maintenance Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for conducting the daily operations of servicing the Mine department. Additional responsibilities of the Mine Maintenance Mechanic include: · Locating sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments such as laser alignment tools, stethoscope, tachometer, infrared camera, ultrasound and vibration analysis tools. · Removing defective parts by dismantling devices; using hoists, cranes, and...
