Junior Project Designer

Job description

Qualifications: We are looking for candidates who can work a hybrid schedule (minimum 3 days in the office) out of our office in Columbus, OH. - Responsible for the production of conceptual and schematic level drawings, renderings, and diagrams under the direction of a more experienced designer to increase independence over time. - Direct development of innovative design concepts with project teams to produce constructable solutions. - Responsible for exterior material research and selections, and construction detailing to maintain design intent throughout the design process. - Responsible for client-facing and internal presentations. - Perform early programming and loading capacity studies. - Interface and collaborate with interior designers and landscape designers for cohesive overall designs - Work with internal and external visualization designers to produce best-in-class renderings and animations - Help in the production of quality design awards, both locally and nationally. - Bachelor's Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Architecture, or related field (required) - Professional Degree and/or Master’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Architecture, or related field (preferred) -...
