Working across career defining projects in Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, Education and Commercial industries, you will join the Colliers team benefiting from exposure to all manner of clients. You are joining a business that focuses on working together, client service and identifying and driving new business. The primary responsibility will initially be to act as the landlord's representative in overseeing the requirements of a Commonwealth Agreement for Lease (AFL) on a major project in Canberra. Experience with managing AFLs or precommitment leases is preferred, given the complexity of coordinating stakeholders and serving as the main point of contact between the Landlord/Developer, Tenant, and Head Contractor.
