We are looking for a HR Director to join us at nexfibre, based in Paddington, London. The HR Director will lead the development and execution of nexfibre’s people strategy, ensuring the organisation has the capability, culture, leadership and governance required to scale a national wholesale fibre infrastructure business. This is a senior leadership role, responsible for building a high‑performing, values‑led organisation while balancing pace, discipline and compliance in a highly regulated, investor‑backed environment. The role will be critical in supporting nexfibre’s continued growth, integration activity, and long‑term sustainability as a national‑scale platform.
