Come and join the team as a Glazier/Installer at The Glass Guru. The Glass Guru is a growing company that offers the opportunity to grow along with the business. We are looking for an enthusiastic team member with a desire to learn the trade and the business to enable growth into leadership roles. The Glazier/Installer works as a glazier in the company. They will be responsible for providing a variety of residential and light commercial services including window moisture removal, glass replacement, and the installation/maintenance of all things glass related including shower enclosures, mirrors, and glass shelving. They will directly interact with the customer to deliver professional and outstanding service. The Glazier/Installer should have a desire to lead junior members of the team and helpers. They will work directly with the office team to schedule the work, and to solve problems in real-time. The work will change on a daily basis as no two jobs are the same.
