In this role, the Chief Revenue Officer is accountable for driving better integration and alignment between revenue related functions, including but not limited to payer and employer contracting, pricing, patient access, billing and collections, coding, HIM, charging, financial counseling and customer service, revenue optimization, collection effectiveness, government programs, government affairs, revenue management, and marketing with a goal to ensure Hoosiers have access to high value, exceptional care.
